AI Workspaces by BiG Impact Group

Your AI.
Organized around your work.

Bring your organization's AI tools together. AI Studios give each team or audience a place to find agents built for the jobs they need to do.

Workspace → Studios → Agents

One structure. Specific jobs.

Your workspace organizes the whole environment. Studios bring selected agents together for the people using them. Each agent is configured for a defined task.

AI Workspace

The overall environment for organizing and managing your AI Studios, agents, and deployments.

Think: your organization's AI Workspace.

AI Studio

A branded destination that brings selected agents and supporting resources together around a team, audience, or purpose.

Think: an Operations Studio or a Customer Service Studio.

AI Agent

A tool with a defined job, shaped by the instructions, knowledge, and connections configured for it.

Think: a Policy Assistant or a Meeting Summary Agent.

An example for a city

Organize around the people you support.

A city could have a Clerk's Studio, a Public Works Studio, and an Internal Operations Studio, each with agents relevant to that team's work.

A Service Information Agent configured with approved public information could appear in a Studio and on the city's website. Staff use the Studio; residents use the website.

An internal Policy Assistant would have its own knowledge and access settings for staff use. We establish the audience and information available to each agent as part of the setup.

Put agents where they are useful

In a Studio. In the tools you already use.

An agent can be available inside an AI Studio, through another supported channel, or through a combination. We choose and configure the channels around the work and the people using it.

  • AI Studios

A branded destination for selected agents and supporting pages.

  • Pages and direct links

Make an agent easy to find on a Studio page or through a shareable link.

  • Websites

Embed an agent in a website as an inline tool or chat widget.

  • Email

Give people a way to interact with an agent by email.

  • Slack and WhatsApp

Make configured agents available through supported messaging channels.

  • Meetings

Bring a compatible agent into Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams meetings.

  • Applications and workflows

Connect agents to software and compatible AI clients through API or MCP access.

Available channels depend on the plan, agent type, configuration, and the scope of your solution.

Begin with one useful agent.

Choose the job, identify the knowledge it needs, and decide who will use it. We help configure the agent, test it against real examples, and put it in the channels that fit. The workspace can grow as your team finds more uses for it.
