Privacy policy

Effective August 9, 2026. We collect as little as the work allows, and this page says exactly what that is in plain language.

What we collect

Site analytics through Google Analytics, loaded via Google Tag Manager: pages you visit, how you got here, approximate location, and device type, using cookies. If you book a call, Google Calendar collects your name, email, and the organization type you choose. If you apply through the careers page, your name, email, and the background you describe reach us by email.

How we use it

To respond to you, to hold the meeting you booked, to consider your application, and to understand which pages earn attention so we can improve them. That's the list.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, run third-party advertising networks, or share your details with anyone outside the services named here.

Services we rely on

Google Analytics and Tag Manager for measurement, Google Calendar for scheduling, and Firebase Hosting, which keeps standard server logs. Each processes data under its own terms.

Your choices

Block or clear cookies in your browser, use Google's Analytics opt-out, or email john@bigimpactgroup.ai to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. We answer either way.
